Vees either win tonight or not at all. Vees are going to come out revving after what happened in game 5.

Having your team in the final is so sweet. I remember talking to you in the Markham/Oakville final last year.

And you are correct about one thing. Losing in the playoffs in the division or conference final hurts but nothing can compare to losing a final.

It is so seldom a team is fortunate enough to get to the final. They do not happen often unless you are Aurora, St. Michael's or Oakville.

Speaking of St. Michael's, did you know this?

The last time a Kingston junior team went to the league final was in 1989. It was against the St. Michael's Buzzers and 15 year old Eric Lindros! That was in the Metro Junior B League's final.

They lost that year.

Very interesting Wayne, thanks for that info re: 1989 VS the Buzzers.

Eric Lindros, my God, do you remember how he played in that final?

Not surprising the Buzzers won, they had some great teams back in those days.

In a way I hope the Blades win tonight, there is nothing more exciting than a 7th game in a final series, don't you agree?

Plus, I will get a to see and talk to you one more time.
