Not quiet Barney just a little tired after a long road trip to Kingston last night. You know we actually still had a hockey game to go to in late April.

Almost two months later and you are still here? We understand your jealously though as we all know Burlington will always be a little sister to Oakville.
The two people on this forum I really feel bad for now are Ron and Camron. With Burlington moving over to the central along with your Red Wings and Muskies, Barney is the type of fan you are going to get to see and hear at your games from now on. Just know there will also be a spot for you two fine gentlemen amongst the Oakville faithful anytime you want to come watch a game next year. Unlike my friend from Burlington here who likes to hide behind a computer screen, you both know who I am so stop in and say hi anytime.
That being said, and Barney here is where you need to pay close attention as it is called losing with class.
My congrats to the Vees for a well played series. You played your best and deserve to be representing the OJHL at the Dudley. The road to the RBC is not an easy one (just ask us) but continued success to you and your fans. Since you may the right choice and decided to stay with the Classic conference, this may set up for a few rematches next year which I'm sure both teams will look forward to.
Go out and bring back the RBC for the OJHL!

as classy an outfit as you will find on the ice. They went to the top of the OJHL mountain last year. They almost got there again this year. Not many teams even come close to doing it back to back.
They provided the Vees their toughest challenge in this year's playoffs. They were, by far, the best team the Vees saw all season long.
The Blades and their fans are, I am certain, disappointed but should in no way feel like they let anybody down. They were truly worthy champions.
I can only hope the Vees wear that crown with as much dignity as the Blades did.
They have my utmost respect just as the Huntsville Otters, Peterborough Stars, Whitby Fury and Ajax Attack have it.
Wish us luck in the Vees' bid to represent the OJHL so that it does us all proud.

Not to mention they lost a heart-breaker to Stouffville back in 2006. They know how to get to the top of that heap quite regularly and they sure as hell know how to play some tough hockey.
Now if ONLY they had a goalie who had some good lateral movement they'd be set.
