| If a player is going to school in a Jr. B loop, can his last year OPJHL team deny him a permission to skate? How can it be attained. |

i dont think they would do that. over the years tons of kids have moved to other junior a and junior b because of school commitments and it would be politically incorrect for any team to try and screw a kids education. one call to ladds should fix it and the junior b team would have to pay developement fees to the junior a team. if you come back to jr a they will still own your rights.
what team is giving you this problem? |

Wingfan is right . There shouldn't be any problem at all ! I would say one call to Mr.Ladds would resolve the issue VERY quickly. There has been a few players leave , and go to the B loop in the last year, without any problem. Good luck 1forgot1, keep us informed ! |

i thought ojhl teams only held a players rights for jr A and they are free to sign with any jrB or C team as long as they haven't played at that level before. |
