Its been stated that Frances is indeed Randy.
If the police are doing there investigating within the slim involved,
They will notice that the Royal Bank Account with the title Ontario Central Scouting is under the name as owner of the OCS is Randy Gumbley.

On another note:
one thing I noticed is Mav and Gumbley didn't like each other from day one when they first met....
Both played the same type of game...both are con's, fast talkers etc....scum dirt bags smell each other....

Could anyone take a website seriously that includes a picture like this?
It appears to be a childish, most unprofessional effort to scrawl 'Switzerland' over a copyright watermark, while there is another untouched watermark in the top left corner. I wonder if they have permission to use this photograph!?

it is so amateur that any prospective client would absolutly HAVE TO question the professionalism of these people.

Hi Tony. No more court dates unfortunately. He got off prettly much scott free. The investigation still rages on with him and Vic. They are just about done interviewing the 60 families. I will keep you posted if anything new comes up.
