Dave was with Manitoulin of the NOJHL last year. I see he was at Peterborough's training camp. Any word if he made the team?

If Lazarus is at the Stars camp the trade is either completed or he's there with permission to skate from Manitoulin.

Lazarus' OHL rights belong to Saginaw so it's not the Petes.

Heard that Lazarus was traded to the stars but other reports have him been granted persmission to skate. It's a fire sale in Manitoulin, sold basically every player with any talent and there wasn't much of that to begin with but Lazarus and his hard work was one only a few bright spots. nothing flashy there but he plays hard, he recently played for the team NOJHL in the Canada East Jr A Championship prospect camp.

Looks like Lazarus was at Saginaw's camp this weekend and will likely be back in Peterborough soon. Definitely a fire sale in Manitoulin - hard to understand, given how bad they were last year.
