Daniel Ciampini netted a natural hat trick as the Buzzers bossed the Attack 5-2. St. Mike's got the advantage by scoring four times in the second frame.
The Fury pulled off an upset in Markham winning 5-4 in a shootout. Whitby led 3-1 in the second but goals thirteen seconds apart by Massimo Lamacchia and Jamie Kendra got the home team back in the game. Kendra had two for the Waxers and Dillan fox two for Whitby. Eight players were featured in the shootout with only Fury's Dylan O'Neil scoring. O'Neil had forced extra time with a late third period goal.
A shootout also in Peterborough and this time the home side won 3-2 over the Spirit. Troy Barss was the only shootout scorer.
Another loss for Cobourg but it was a close one as they went down 3-2 in Wellington. Max Bobrow had the winner late in the second period.
