| My preference is the Ray Twinney in Newmarket, there is no arena in the OJAHL or CCHL that IMO comes even close to the RT. As mentioned it was primarily built to house the Leafs old farmclub in the AHL, the Newmarket Saints.
My second preference is the ACC1 in Aurora. Although not as big as the RT, it is the old style oval with seats all around the ice pad with big standing room areas behind the last row of seats. What I like also is when you have 100 screeming fans in the place, it sounds and feels like there are 1,000 fans. Hamilton's arena the "Dave" is a great older type arena similar to Aurora's however they have ruined it by the inclusion of the mesh screening all around the Arena, you get the feeling that you are not part of the game. Collingwood is a great arena also and deserves HM.
My least favouite is the Oakville Blade's home arena, Joshua Creek. Worst sight lines I have ever seen to watch a game, don't know who the architects were but they obviously never played hockey.
