Sadly the "Phimocure" website itself is "brain dead" and the description of phimosis and related problems is badly misleading and unhelpful, but the product itself looks quite reasonable to me (that is, the silicone flesh tunnels; I am not in a position to assess the bona fides of their "healing cream", see my comments elsewhere about Zinc and Castor Oil) and probably reasonably priced.
While others have in the past found it less than optimum, soft silicone seems to be to be the best material for flesh tunnels for this purpose, and the shape illustrated with a smooth "valley", is the most appropriate.
Sounds all good. You might be able to find a similar product through other suppliers or local tattoo/ piercing shops, but "Phimocure" may well turn out to be the most practical.
