I don't think your fr├Žnulum looks all that short.

However, it probably is desirable to work on it a bit more.

Your glans is a perfectly normal shape. It may bend down to some degree if you pull firmly back on the foreskin and fr├Žnulum but - there is actually no need to pull it back to that degree - properly lubricated sex should not involve excessive dragging.
