I am 25 years old and have never been able to retract my foreskin. A year ago I went to a urologist who wasn't very helpful, as you can imagine.
Anyway, I have been stretching by inserting two fingers, as recommended here, consistently for well over a month. When I stretch that way, the opening seems much larger than it is when I check to see how far back I can roll my foreskin. After rolling it back (never past the corona), I will occasionally need to pull it forward -- when I do, I get an uncomfortable and sharp (short in duration) sensation on the top side of my glans even while submerged in water. Some days I can barely roll my foreskin back to reveal my entire meatus; it is especially "sticky" on the top side (opposite the frenulum).
I have tried the balloon test but I quickly release my grip because I don't like the feeling of the pressure building up -- is that normal/how does one know when to stop?
Perhaps I have some sort of infection? I haven't noticed any itch, but the color does become more red and patchy as I reveal more of the glans.
I could try to take some pictures this weekend if that would help.
