Ok so I realized I had phimosis about a year ago. It used to be so tight that I could barely see my peehole. Now, with a girlfriend and frequent sex, it seems to have gotten looser. In fact, sometimes when we have sex and it gets fast, my foreskin retracts over the head and I freak out. Like it doesn't hurt, but it looks completely wrong. Because about 2cm below the top of the foreskin is a tight "ring". So while part of the foreskin retracted over the head completely, it stops at that point. So it's almost like the head is bursting out. I've read that this is not good if you can't quickly put the head back in the foreskin as it could cut off the blood circulation? So far every time this has happened, I am quickly able to pull the skin back over the head. However, my question is this. This so called tight ring I have is not at the tip/top/front of the foreskin, it's like a few cm down. So it's like the top part of the foreskin is quite loose and can retract over the head, but then it gets tight. How do I go about fixing this area? I feel like I need to put my fingers in the foreskin and stretch at that area. Seems like the most logical thing to do. Any suggestions? And I looked at this
But as I was saying, the ring is below the tip. So I don't know if the first diagram would help me at all.
Also, as far as the stretching exercises go, please let me know if I'm missing anything.
I need to...
1) do the 2 diagram exercises in the link above
2) when my penis is erect, I try to pull the foreskin down as much as I can and relax and pull, repeat?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
