27, can't tell which one I have, maybe both.May 28 2012 at 12:07 PM

I have either a p-breve, or phimosis, or a bit of both. I'm thinking probably more breve than phimosis. Basically, I can pull the skin back about 1/3 of the way, while soft, and almost nothing while hard. While hard, the most I can do is basically pole 1-2cm of the tip out, then it starts to go soft because of the discomfort. Also, when I try to do the stretches outlined in the first few posts of the forum, I get a minor stinging sensation for the rest of the day, around the fren area.
While hard, it's extremely tight, and I can't tell if the main problem is phimosis or breve. I always thought that it was mainly phimosis, but after reading 5 or 6 pages of this forum, I'm starting to think it's mostly breve, with a bit of phimosis happening as a result of never being able to pull the foreskin back. It's REALLY tight around the fren area, to an insanely uncomfortable degree.
This situation has almost completely destroyed me mentally. Still a virgin at 27, I can't summon the courage to even talk to women, because I'm incredibly neurotic about this, and a condition called "gynecomastia", which gives me bitch tits.
Until recently, I've been resigned to a life of no sex, because my ego is sensitive, and I don't want to look like a freak, so I've never done anything with a woman, even so much as hold hands. After reading a few pages on here, I'm starting to think that I have one more shot at life, because I'd rather die alone than get snipped.
Quick question, because after reading a few dozen posts, I still can't find this info: I notice that the exercises in the first page use a flaccid penis. What kind of change in effect happens if you do these with an erect penis? Advantages/disadvantages?
Thanks for hearing me out. I really needed to say these things that I've never discussed before with anyone.
