Phimosis @ 25

Hello all, Little bit of background information. I am 25 and I have been sexually active since I was 14, not always protected but more often than not, I have had over 60 partners(women). I never realized I had this problem till I googled it about 2 years ago. It never bothered me, While i was younger i didn't mind as most girls had only seen 1 or 2 penis's and never noticed or were to scared to tell me that my penis was different. Either way, i have never prematurely ejaculated and i always thanked my foreskin for helping me with that, now i am older i sometime struggle to keep an erection as there is just no feeling when wearing a condom and ejaculating has always been very difficult, have to concentrate very hard as well as basically being a Duracell bunny! I have had my penis checked for sti's about 12 times in my life and every time had the cotton wool swab in my urethra, not one nurse commented in the fact that they couldn't pull my foreskin back. thinking about it now i think that is very strange.

My penis has a 8mm diameter hole at the top where you can see my slit through the top of it. I have read that stretching it can work, I have tried with my fingers and it doesn't seem to be working. I am only a week into but i know for a fact when i was about 16 i went through a period of about 3 weeks of coming very close to splitting my foreskin in half every night by stretching. I always thought surgery was my only option but i hate the look of circumcised penis'(no offense to anyone cut). Recently I have seen creams such as "novoglan" and i am thinking about buying it.

I just want it sorted now, recently out of a long relationship i am getting nervous about if a girl is going to comment on my penis, or if it smells (which i dont think it does) i can see the logic now as when i was 24-18 i was blissfully ignorant and would literally wave it about in public (ahhh to be 16 again) anyway, the time has come, I want to see what my penis actually looks like under this foreskin!!!

Questions.

Should i buy novoglan?
Should i continue stretching?
Is Surgery my only option?

I know you cant put pics on this site and i haven't got any uploaded to an image shack type site but i suppose i could if it would help you guys help me.
