Stretching using ear tunnels - advice/tips please!

Hi,
I have just found this forum through a bit of Googling - some good advice on here!
I have had a fairly tight foreskin all my life (I'm 29) and only realised that the foreskin was MEANT to be retracted when i was about 17! It's nowhere near as bad as some pictures I've seen. At worst, it can be a bit uncomfortable during an erection and needs quite a bit of coaxing to get fully over the gland, where it can get pretty tight. I have been told that I have a thick penis so I think my issue may not be that my foreskin is especially tight, more that it just wasn't particularly made for my penis!
I looked online and saw people mentioning the use of ear tunnels to help stretching without the need for using your fingers. I bought a kit from www.phimocure.co.uk (they appear to just include ear tunnels rather than anything special so I guess I could have done it cheaper just directly buying ear tunnels, but hey-ho).
My problem is fairly tame by most standards and the biggest ring in the phimocure kit (28mm dia) is the only one in the set that has any effect. I have had it in for a couple of hours, 3 times a day for the last 3 days and I think I am already seeing benefits (although it is quite uncomfortable to wear when walking around so can't really use it any more than that just now!).
My question is this: What kind of improvement should I expect to see, and how long can it take?
I estimate I may need to get up to a diameter of approx 35mm for things to be totally comfortable down there...
Any advice/tips greatly appreciated - and thanks for the stuff I've already read in the existing threads!
