Tight foreskinnm due to Balanitis

Hey guys, I have a quick question:

I was diognosed with Balanitis 2 days ago.
-Itching
-red spots
-Tight foreskin
-Gland sensitivity

This basically screwed up my strecting progress, as you know from previous post.

My question is:

I Was PRESCRIBED:
CLOTRIMAZOLE AND BETAMETHASONE DIPIONATE CREAM 1%/.05%
its apparently Lotrisone

???? **was I prescribed the correct type of medicine to rid myself of this fungal infection??

(after 2 days use I no longer have itch, but foreskin is EVEN TIGHTER then B4 I was given medication)
