please need help

hi
i have the phimosis problem......last day i tried to pull back my foreskin and without much pain its came to normal..i had a little pain when it touches the pants..but after one day ,now there a small swelling in the foreskin...its painless.....I found this forum now...i didn't tried the stretching explained here..now i cant move the foreskin back to earlier (like phimosis)..the inner skin of the foreskin is swelled i guess...but im worried about that..is it okay or need any treatment?? help me...
