Frenoplasty. How far do you peel back the foreskin?

I got a frenoplasty op 6 days ago and pulled back my foreskin for the first time tonight (should have done it sooner).
But dont know how far i should pull my foreskin back.
I pulled it back where the frenulum just dissapears but I dont know if I should go futher than this (for example I dont know where the last stitch is). Also I am worried if I put too much strain, the stitches on my foreskin might come out.
Any advice guys?
Is it a number of centimetres past where the frenulum dissapears or melimetres? or maybe each case is different.
Should you really be pulling back the foreskin the furthest it can go?

Thanks in advance
