How far can you stretch the frenulum?

I have a mild case of Phimosis (tight foreskin), I also have a short frenulum. I don't wish to get any surgery done. I would like to stretch as much as possible and see what can be done before having to resort to surgery.

I did try stretching techniques about a year ago, but didn't stick to the schedule religiously and sort of gave up, but now I am more keen to sort it out. As sometimes during sex it can be painful. I have resorted to not using condoms, as I have found that by using condoms it restricts me and most times with a condom I feel nothing. I am married, so don't worry I won't be going around having sex unprotected.

What I was really interested to find out is how far you can actually stretch your frenulum? My frenulum seems to be the biggest problem. I can retract my foreskin back when it is flaccid. When it is erect I can retract it nearly almost over my head, but the frenulum seems to stop it from going all the way back.

So my big question is how far can you stretch the frenulum, and how long will it tak me. I can submit pictures if you wish to see if you need to give me more specific details.

Any information is much appreciated. Thanks
