| I've had tight foreskin since I was a teenager - I'm 24 now. I've managed to stretch it over my entire glans but only when I'm flaccid and with some effort. The frenulum seems to be a bit tight as well - especially when my penis is erected, it sometimes turns white.
But when I managed to get my foreskin all over my glans I noticed that it was stuck to the underside of my corona all the way around. What should I do? Continue with the stretching exercises or go to see a doctor?
