Stretching after frenuloplasty

So it has been about 6 weeks since a surgeon performed a freuloplasty on my penis. However, I still feel tight when having sex and can only last about 45 seconds before I orgasm. I feel like it is because my frenulum is still short and needs to be stretched. I can roll my foreskin back just fine flaccid, and I can even do it when erect, however, it very tight when I do this. Thus the reason I think it is my frenulum still.

My Questions
1. Is it ok to try and stretch my frenulum even though I have had a frenuloplasty?
2. Can I stretch to fast?
3. Will this eventually solve my problem is I stick to a routine?
