Hello everyone I'm new here and I think I have a serious problem that needs fixing.
Firstly, im 20 years old beyond puberty. my penis has this little thin peice of skin that is still connected at the tip of the head it's reall short and it keep my foreskin from pulling back from its full length and keeps me from growing a bigger size as well my penis has grown since about 13 I actually thought it was a normal thing to be this small. also my skin is extremely tight from none stretching as a child I suppose? what is my problem and can I fix this all at home at all?
