At 16 in England we finish "Highschool" and move on to collage? And sorry if this isn't making alot of sense, I'm not great at wording things. But yes to describe my condition better, my foreskin is about 1 to 2mm in width/Diameter. I have white scar tissue around the ring of my foreskin, (I think it's scar tissue, all I know is it's white and hard) And its gets sore when I urinate sometimes, if I push to fast it balloons and hurts.
