Directions?

I performed a google search and came across this forum, I am encouraged from reading some of these posts that I can correct my problem through the stretching exercises.

I have started the stretching and the first few days, I couldnt retract the foreskin back very far, but today I had a break through of sorts. I was able to push the skin to expose the head of my penis while it was flaccid. It was quite weird seeing it for the first time :-) (but at the same time it was very cool!)

The only thing is, I have to apply light contsnat pressure to get it to exttract and then the head of my penis will just pop out. I am assuming this means its still too tight and I should continue to do the exercises.

I was wondering if you can provide me with the url, so I can get more thorough instructions/pictures on how to perform the stretches?

Thanks,
Mark

Here you go

I cannot provide a link here because it automatically changes into a picture, but the site is located at foreskin.org and we're using picture #3 here.

You are correct in your assumption. Sounds like about four more weeks of stretching. Try holding the stretch for five to ten minutes, and do it twice per day. Also, retract the skin each time you pee in order to stress the opening.

Please inform us of your progress.

Thanks Jim.
So picture 3 is the correct stretching procedure?

I will keep you informed of my progress. I am encouraged by the results so far.

I've been doing the stretching for only 20 seconds, and then pulling my skin back as far as I could and holding it there for another 20 seconds.
Repeating this process several times over.

I got this instruction of another site, is this the correct way?

Do I use the same process and hold for 5-10 minutes as you suggested?

Mark

Whatever works is correct

The important thing is that you are mildly stressing the opening of the foreskin. Whatever means you use is not what is important. My suggestion is normally easily achieved, so that's what I suggest, but if you find other methods that work, and you like them, that's fine.

I feel that that longer you keep the stretch, the more the skin will relax. However, there will be times when you simply cannot devote that much time, so do what you can. Getting in the habit of skinning back each time you pee will help you get in more stretching time throughout the day.

Progress....

March 10 2004, 1:01 PM

Just wanted to give you a update.
Been doing the stretching for 5-10 minutes like you suggested (not every day though, since I dont have that much time)

I can extract my foreskin past the head when flaccid w/ out much problem.

I can partially extract the foreskin while I am erect, it only exposes half of the head....but this is alot more than what I could do previously. So, I am encouraged with the results, I would probably have better results if I was diligent with my stretching.

You're absolutely right

Stretching on a daily basis gets the best results, but you are proving that even periodic stretching will work.

Question?

When flaccid, I can extract my foresking to expose the head, but the skin just bunches up behind the head. Isn't it suppose to go back much further?

Some do and some don't

The frenulum restricts how far the foreskin will retract. Your description is within normal boundaries. However, if you wish to be able to retract more, you can stretch the frenulum also. Simply grasp the skin on the underside where the frenulum is attached and pull it outward away from you. Use the same guidelines as you have used for stretching the opening. Generally within a one or two month period, you'll see a noticeable difference.

The frenulum is that little web inside that looks like the one under your tongue.

Update 3/21/04

March 21 2004, 5:47 PM

Sucess!
I can fully retract my foreskin while I am erect.
I didn't think I would get to this point so quickly, but here I am. Yay!!, thanks Jim and thank you forum!

I waited a few days to post this, to make sure that I could replicate it, and to make sure I wasnt experiencing any pain or discomfort afterwards.

The only issue I have now, is when I retract it all the way past the head, its a bit difficult to get it back over sometimes. Also, have noticed that right before I orgasm with the skin retracted back, it feels constricted not in a bad way (it doesnt hurt) but its just extra tight and my penis kinda jumps before I orgasm. Is this normal?

Thanks,
Mark

I knew you could do it

Don't you just want to tell the whole world?

I try to be conservative in telling you that it may take two months or more, for sometimes it does, but the majority of these cases are ususally solved much more quickly.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the tightness which remains. You can always stretch again if it becomes a problem, but meanwhile, you may become accustomed to it. A certain degree of snugness is important to enjoy the full effect of the gliding sensations created during intercourse.

Are you saying that the jumping didn't occur before the stretching? Normally, jumping is caused by the contractions of ejaculation, and that is quite normal. The younger you are, the more it will jump.
