i've just read your posts at the Forum by Jim and Mark also some others
i've been reading quite a lot and since 3 days i started the stretching exercises
i 'm here now to ask you a few question:
is there an age when the stretch is no longer effective? i'm 26 now but quite tight and also with the overhang made of a tough tissue.
i started the streching about 4 days ago and as i read somewhere else too i tried slowly to insert my finger into the foreskin and touched what i imagine must be the tip of the glans but then i felt a burning sensation which made me even scared thinking i might have had an infection or so and then repeated the same 2 days after (yesterday ) and i felt it was so much more and finally yesterday at night i talked to a guy and he said i must have reached my hyper high sensitive glans and thus the burning sensation.
well, even though i masturbate i had never tried to reach inside the foreskin . Actually i knew nothing about it all.
it was like the eyeball which i never tried to touch cause i never tought i should do so for any reason.
Well, there is also a thing which bothered me a bit but the guy yesterday told me it can happen . I started getting a sticky sensation at the tip of the 4skin ( outside ) and a rather sweet smell.
i didn't know but now i know now that the glans are covered and moisturized and so there might be some stickiness, but then the smell ?!
back on stretching , after some time the opening simply gets wider?
guys said that i must keep on stretching until the opening gets wider beyond the size of the glans before trying to retract.
after getting some results and making the opening wider by stretching, does it get elastic returning to be closed while not stretching or does it stay LOOSE and hanging as spare skin ?
Well, at least you have started. The high sensitivity is quite normal and nothing to be alarmed at. At your age, you should have no challenges in stretching. I don't know that there would be a challenge at any age, for so far there hasn't been a wide range in age try this. However, among men who have lost their foreskins and employ skin expansion to create new foreskins, men well into their sixties are successful.
The process eventually develops enough extra skin to become a permanent fix. While after about two months, you will find retraction fairly easy, you should continue for a few more weeks to allow time for cells to grow. There is no reason that you should lose the elasticity that you now have.
Sorry, don't know what the odor might be.

Thanks very much for your answer Jim
but remember I asked ya about a sticky sensation at the skin ( the tip ) where I'm stretching? Do you have any idea of what it might be?
Could it be because as I'm stretching the skin releases any substance as a form to show that the process is working and the cells are changing...i meam, growing....?
"is there an age when the stretch is no longer effective?"
No, it's not age-dependent, except that the younger you are, the quicker it is likely to be, due to the general growth rate of the body.
If you followed the advice regarding using your finger as a stretching device inside the foreskin opening, did you also notice the warning that you must have short, well-manicured fingernails and - most essential - use a proper lubricant to make contact with the glans comfortable? What your glans presently is - is well lubricated - by the smegma whose smell (pleasant in modest doses, indeed, sexually attractive, referred to as "musk", as you will certainly find if you go nosing around the corresponding parts of young ladies!) you have just encountered, as well as "pre-cum" as Jim implied. Up to now, it is only released when flushed out whilst peeing and thereby caught and washed away, but as and when you open up the foreskin, you will release it in the process. In the longer term, when you can fully retract the foreskin, the build-up will not occur, and the odour will be less apparent.
Remember what a young lady's clitoris is like - it is sensitive, just as your glans (identical part) presently is, and must be lubricated to be stroked. There is no reason to expect your penis to be different, even if many are.
Stretching until the opening gets wider than the size of the glans before trying to retract avoids the unpleasant (but easily fixable, albeit uncomfortable) situation of getting the foreskin "caught" behind the glans.
Stretching to permit retraction will result in the "closed" state of the foreskin, being looser than it originally was, which may have the consequence of making it difficult to pee straight with the foreskin covering. Obviously, you then pull it back to pee and it is as accurate as ever. It will look a bit puckered, but not that loose.
Do keep us informed, and come back for any encouragement needed!

Well, it's been now just 6 days since I started stretching twice a days for about 10 minute. It's fun 'cause I realized it's even good the stretching. It feels good
Well, as my "overhang" is quite tight and the tissue seems to be a bit tough sure I'll need much more time, but I can say already that I fell the tip is much looser and there's already a bit larger opening made visible even without handling it so.
I'll go on the way I've done but as you guys say I better first stretch until the opening gets larger than the size of the glans so I don't get it stuck behind , right?
As you have experienced, the skin starts to become more supple. It is important to continue your exercises on a daily basis in order no to lose what you have started. As the skin continues to relax, it will allow you to stretch it to greater lengths. What you are doing, is creating small gaps between the existing cells into which new cells will be created. This process may vary from individual to individual. When you have achieved the point where full retraction is possible, you'll need to continue for a few more weeks to allow this cell generation time to achieve its completion. Resist the urge to apply greater tension however. Only steady but gentle tension is necessary to get the job done properly.
