Are there any people on this forum who succesfully stretched their frenlum?

I am stretching now for 4 months (2 á 4 times a day). But it's not working... I am really worrying now. What must I do? Should I go to see a doctor?

Exactly what are you doing?

There have been several successes in stretching the frenulum. Since it is simply a continuation of the frenar band, that little contriction at the end of the foreskin, it will react exactly the same to tugging. That means that if you are indeed applying tension to the frenulum in a gentle but consitent manner, it will respond by growing. There is nothing about normal body function that will prevent this from happening.

Tell me exactly what you have been doing so I can evaluate your procedure and suggest some changes that will get you results. I'm assuming that you have no problems in retraction, and that there is no infection present. How long have you been able to retract? Can you retract the foreskin to fully expose the glans? Why are you worried?

I can retract my foreskin to fully expose the glans. I got a long foreskin , it's not fully expose the glans automatic in erect state. I must retract it myself.

See this picture which shows how far my foreskin goes in erect state.

I stretched the frenlum 2 á 4 times a day , 10 minutes each time. The same way as in this picture:

What I am doing wrong?

OK

Frankly, I don't see anything wrong with the first picture. The foreskin is retracted fully behind the sulcus (groove), and that is the goal. However, if you wish to retract even further, what you are doing generally helps to lengthen the frenulum. You may also try grasping it on each end, pulling it gently, although that presents more of a challenge. Perhaps the frenar band is a little bit tight. Is there any difficulty in retraction?

Yes , I would like to retract the foreskin further. I am affraid the frenlum will rip when having sex without condom.

I don't have any difficulty with retraction. The frenlum is just to short to retract further.

I don't understand what you mean with:

"You may also try grasping it on each end, pulling it gently"

Do you have any picture of that?

Thanks for your help.

No picture of it

Grasp the frenulum right under the meatus (peehole) with one hand, and with the other one, grasp it where it meets the foreskin. You may be challenged in doing so, but that's the only alternative I know of.

There are literally millions of men in your same condition who have sexual relations regularly without incident. On the other hand, some do have problems. The key may be in how agressively one participates! Remember, no one is keeping score, and there isn't a timer ticking away.
