I've been succesfully streching my forskin for about 4 months. While erect i can now fully expose my head, but unfortunately it bunches up right under the glands. I have seen pics of penises that retract fully.
1How can i get mine to retract fully??
2What is preventing the forskin from fully retracting? (it think it's my frenulum)
3Can i still have sex with the forskin bunched up like this (never tired, i'm a virgin)
4theoretically, if i were to get my frenulum removed through a frenulectomy, would it no longer bunch up? (that is IF the problem is indeed the frenulum, which i suspect it is)
Sorry for the very breif description, if u need a more in depth description on specific things, just let me know.
Some bunch up and some retract all the way. Yes, I believe it is the frenulum in your case which is preventing further retraction, and the good news is that it will also respond to tension. Find a way to grasp each end of it and apply tension. Also, each time you pee, retract the foreskin all the way back and apply tension to the underside while holding the glans with the other hand, thus stretching the frenulum. You should be able to see results in about the same time frame as you have with the tight opening.
I see no reason why sexual relations would be a problem. Is there any problem with masturbation? Try using some lube, and use your hand to replicate a vagina to see how it feels. There are millions of other guys just like you who never questioned their situation, and my guess is that most of them thoroughly enjoy sex, so I think that worrying about it leads nowhere.
Very frankly, having been in surgery some seven time myself, I really don't want to endure another operation, even one which seems as minor as the one you suggest. There are always risks and consequences, no matter what the procedure. Why put yourself through all that when the answer is really in your own hands.
I endorse what Jim says: Does it cause any difficulty masturbating?
Masturbation is after all, a "simulation" of intercourse - if one hurts and the other doesn't, you're probably doing it wrong!

Now that u mention it, i masturbate with the skin over the head and if i tug too hard in an attemt to retract while erect, it is VERY PAINFUL. This is why i worry that sex will not be possible with the forskin forward while erect.
I've heard if you lube up alot, sex doesnt hurt, but there is still a danger of ripping the frenulum. THis is why i mentioned getting the frenulum removed. I would rather have it professionally removed than ripped, wouldnt you? I dont like the idea of surgery. I'll try the frenulum streching methods Jim mentioned, and update you on my progress.
this is way ahead, but what if i managed to strech my frenulum. Would the skin still bunch up under the head? is it jsut because i have long forskin (which is very, very long). I'm not worried, just curious.
