What to do now

I have been stretching for two months and my phimosis seems to be gone - my foreskin retracts all the way over the erect glans. This is mainly thanks to the techniques posted on this forum and I need to thank everyone on here for really saving my life at a difficult and painful time.

But basically it still hurts much of the time when I retract. It's usually fairly smooth after a while but hurts at first. I haven't been able to manage "conventional" masturbation yet. I'm still scared of unprotected sex after some painful experiences, and it's a potential problem for my long-term relationship. I have two questions:

1) I sometimes feel pain on the head of the penis itself - I think this is oversensitivity. When will this go away and is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

2) When fully retracted the head of my penis is visibly pulled down by the frenulum. I think I can feel tightness there, which is distinct from the pain I sometimes feel on the penis itself. The frenulum looks really tight, as though if the head didn't move down it would snap. Does this sound like a frenulum breve?

Evenually, the sensitivity won't be a problem. Give it time.

If the frenulum is a problem, do this several times per day:

I also suggest that you continue the stretching you were doing for another month to ensure growth of new skin cells.

"conventional masturbation" -- do you mean masturbating with full retraction?

I thought this was "conventional" too and when I was able to retract when erect, I tried this, and I was able to do it successfully, although I had to avoid touching the head altogether because, as with you, mine is very very sensitive.

The point though is I did not enjoy this form of masturbation, even though it was "conventional"... even though I do stretches still, I prefer to masturbate "the old way" of not retracting all the way so I can stimulate the head directly. I'm sure you'll agree this is probably the best way to go.

So just because you think something is conventional doesn't mean it is right for you. I don't think it is for me.
