I was wondering if I any one had this full phimosis managed to stretch
foreskin to normal state.
I just try to stretch my phimosis ring since yesterday, and whenever I
stretch in a bit hard, it hurts a lot.
I wanna try using betamethasone, but me and my wife are in program to have
baby. I'm afraid it could cause damage to sperm or the future baby.
I don't think I wanna circumcise because it have been 25years my glans
never expose, and I'm sure it will be very hypersensitive :p
Anyone managed to stretch from this type or full phimosis please
share knowledge.
Thanks.

Are you currently having sexual relations without problems?

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I cuurrently can have sex without problems.
My phimosis is so tight that my glans never expose.
When I touch the tip of my foreskin at the end of my penis,
it is sensitive, so I never thought I could retract it.
Real sex is tougher since simulation to glans is little thru
foreskin, but mastubation is easier cause I can control it.
I thought this was normal before, as I thought I had
little to no foreskin.
For hygiene reason, I really wanna fix this.
Could it really be fix with this tight phimosis?

Hygiene?

Was there a hygiene issue before your discovery?
Of course - do you want to do it?

Hello there Aman.
I am most certainly glad that you did sufficient research to find us, as I was most upset to think that you might be swayed by the bizarre and frankly perverse advice on that other site (though I must say, that picture is very descriptive!).
You ask about achieving stretching from a "pinhole" phimosis. Well, a fellow has posted here just recently to "share his knowledge" and confirm his progress from a situation that sounds like yours - after nine weeks he can retract his foreskin whilst flaccid and is well on the way to doing so when erect.
Note though, that post does not contain the instructions for such stretching; rather, these are in many other posts here and I absolutely insist that you need to read a lot of the threads in order to get the idea - take your time and just work through them, then if you really have points you do not follow, ask them.
To answer your specific queries however:
If you have severe phimosis, it will take a bit longer than if it were just a little tight. This is perfectly sensible. Note that when you say "and just found out I had full phimosis", you are indicating that your condition is developmental - failure to "exercise" the foreskin in childhood - rather than due to any disease, so you can safely ignore all references to disease (such as Lichen Sclerosis) that may limit stretching and require specific treatment.
If what you do hurts badly, you are trying too hard. Simple as that. You need to stretch firmly, and often, but do not need to make it hurt. The process will be slow - do not expect to see a difference in a few days; if you do and are pleasantly surprised, do not expect it all to be so easy - patience is required.
Betamethasone is not a problem - if you can find a sufficiently competent doctor - that may in itself be a problem. It is not going to cause damage to sperm or the future baby because it is never going to come in contact with either your semen or your wife. If you use it - you want the ointment form, preferably 0.1% - you apply it at a time other than when you have intercourse, only to the tight part of the foreskin, and in quantity so small that you cannot detect it on the skin after it is "rubbed in". There would be no question of your using it anywhere else on the body under these conditions, there is no concern here.
I am curious about what "program" you might be undertaking to have a child - are you indicating some sort of fertility problem? (It goes without saying that a tight foreskin has absolutely no implication whatsoever for fertility but - all sorts of myths abound!)
The reason you do not want to be circumcised, is not because your glans would be very "hypersensitive" - that as well as the pain from the procedure would settle down in due course - a couple of months. No, the reason is that you would have removed an important part of your sensitivity and be in a worse situation than you are at present because you would have no chance of achieving normal function and sensitivity which you can at this point by undertaking the stretching.
So, I shall be interested to hear your comments at this point.
Incidentally, I am always most interested to know how - through what sites or by what search - people find these pages. We do not take any specific action to "publicise" the site, but trust that as people find it, they may somehow make it easier for others to do so such as by mentioning it on other sites, though most "bulletin boards" are very hostile to the publication of really useful links as they are primarily in existence to facilitate their own advertisement. Of course "word of mouth" is the most effective publicity.

Was there a hygiene issue before your discovery?
About a year ago, I feel itch at the tip of my penis, not sure its the foreskin or glans.
After several days, I tried to clean the area with cotton bud, and found white substance
(now I know it is smegma) at the end of my penis inside foreskin.
After several days of cleaning, the symptom is gone.
So, after hearing that foreskin is retractable, I think its not a bad idea
to able to clean underneath foreskin.
I am curious about what "program" you might be undertaking to have a child - are you indicating some sort of fertility problem? (It goes without saying that a tight foreskin has absolutely no implication whatsoever for fertility but - all sorts of myths abound!)
Currently, my wife is having prescription from doctor, clomiphene citrate and duphaston to
enhanced ovulation. While I got BioATP to give "energy" for better sperm motility.
And I personally think phimosis has no implication to fertility too.
And Paul, about circumcision, I think if others managed to live with circumcised,
its still won't do very bad, although I do believe that uncircumcised would be better.
I like the idea about keeping the glans sensitive, and about foreskin will reduce direct
fraction to vagina thus reduce iritation.
I got link to this forum from some website explaining about phimosis, though I don't
remember which, because I browse a lot to find info.
This few day I have exercise stretching. Not much progress yet, but would keep trying
for some time. I have been using Betason (betametasone valerate 1%) and canesten as part
of my process. Although I did not found white ring, I use little portion of canesten because
I once feel itch at my foreskin, and thats just to prevent yeast infection.
I will tell you my progress in the next few week.
And lastly, sorry for my bad english, as it is not my native language.
Thanks for this forum, it has been very helpful.

I'm asian, living in Indonesia, and circumcision in common here.
Btw, correcting my previous post, "Betason" is betametasone valerate 0.1%
If so, then do it.

Hello again Aman.
Thank you for your responses.
An itchy penis tip is probably the Candida ("thrush", a yeast) infection you mention, so using clotrimazole (Canesten®) is certainly an appropriate treatment if it is causing a problem, and being able to clean the yeast out of the area under the foreskin and apply the cream there to treat it is certainly a sensible idea.
On the other hand, I would not like you to think that the Candida infection was in some way consequential to not being able to clean the area - I trust that you understand you almost certainly acquired this infection from your good wife, and that you need to examine the reasons why she might have been susceptible to it at that particular time (was that by any chance, just shortly after you were married? ).
Yes, circumcision is common in many places, including those where female "circumcision" is practiced, another delightful aspect of the Muslim culture. I think you are clever enough to figure out whether its performance as a part of primitive ritual was ever intended to benefit the victim.
I suspect you have researched this site in some detail regarding the exact application of the cream, methods for performing stretching etc. If so, you should be on the right track now, and we will certainly be interested to hear of your progress.

2 week progress
April 8 2007, 7:37 PM
Hello Paul,
it has been two weeks since my firstpost.
I just wanna let you know how I am progressing.
About candida, I sure I got it from my wife. I had feel itch before my
first intercourse with my wife. And we both recently had test, I had sperm test,
and she had pap smear, and the test shows negative for bacteri and yeast.
I had been stretch everyday about 2 to 3 times aday, approx 30 minutes.
At beginning, I can't even see my glans.
Now after 2 week stretch with betametasone and canesten, I can put my thumb inside
foreskin with efforts. Still cannot completely insert two finger for easier stretch.
Seem like a slow progress compare to others who can complete in six weeks.
I will keep stretching and inform you with the progress.

Little correction
April 8 2007, 8:35 PM
Sorry for the previous wrong post.
I mean I'm sure I DIDN'T got candida from my wife, because I had feel itch BEFORE
out first intercourse. And recently we're both tested negative for yeast.

2 week+ progress
April 9 2007, 11:14 PM
Hello Paul, just wanna keep you inform about my progress.
Today I managed to retract my foreskin halfway of the glans. This really encouraging since when I started,
I never even seen my glans. I think if I force it more, I could get it all behind my glans, but it is
still tight, and I prefer not to have any trouble pulling it back. Maybe I'll try it in a few days or so.
I also notice I got a short fraenulum. I see that you suggest fraenulum pull, so I would also
include it in my exercise. This is a step closer to phimosis free.

2 week ++ progress, frenelum question
April 14 2007, 1:48 AM
Hello Paul,
Till now I can only pull my foreskin less than halfway when erect.
But when still flaccid, I managed to fully retract my foreskin, although it is
still fairly tight the shaft.
I can see that my foreskin is quite long inside, and it is as sensitive
as the glans. It's kind of hurt when I touch both with dry hands.
I wonder it is consider short frenelum or not?
Even though I'm not sure, I already start frenelum stretching too.
Jim
Frenulum
April 14 2007, 6:10 AM
The pictures are those of normal frenulums.
As things should be.
April 14 2007, 3:44 PM
Hello Aman.
I have been following your comments - just not replying to each one.
Clearly you are proving to yourself - and providing evidence for others - that stretching will indeed do whatever you require of it, given time, patience and the determination to do it. Where it does not work, then one or more of these must be lacking.
Candida is a nasty little beastie, which you do not have to have sex to suffer from, but which can only too easily be passed between husband and wife, as I know only too well! So is certainly sensible to take steps to avoid it.
It is by no means surprising that both your foreskin and glans would be particularly sensitive if they have never been fully exposed before. I trust you know what your wife feels about having her clitoris touched with or without adequate lubrication, and I most seriously feel this should be the "model" to which you compare your own sensitivity.
In respect to those pictures of the frænulum, then as Jim points out, that is clearly a normal appearance - that is what the frænulum looks like. Pictures four and twenty-three are the only ones that demonstrate such a short frænulum that it might cause discomfort, and you should note that both of these are taken with the foreskin retracted with sufficient force to bend the glans downward - it is only ever going to be a concern when such force is applied.
So again, if you have not been able to retract previously, I would automatically expect you to have a short frænulum, and to need equal attention to stretching it, as to your foreskin proper.
Thank you for your progress reports - do keep it up!
Aman
Frenelum and 3 weeks progress
April 15 2007, 9:01 PM
Thank you Jim and Paul for the info.
At first I thought I have short frenelum, because on the upside of penis, the
foreskin is loose and wrinkle while bottom side with the frenelum is a little tighter,
as seen on the picture.
If thats a normal frenelum, so mine is normal, or only minor short frenelum.
Now already 3 weeks. I often retract foreskin when flaccid and half erect
trying to desensitive my glans and inner foreskin. When my penis start to erect, I'll grab and press
then glans and shaft, so urge to erect will gone.
But left the foreskin retracted all the time is not a good idea as it still will block
the blood flow.
I also use conical cylindrical object to stretch foreskin, and it seems fairly effective.
The hard part is to find the "right size" object. The force seems more equally
applied to foreskin with cylindrical object.
And about the size of the tight ring. When I first start, when I use cotton bud to stretch it
with maximum bearable force,it is about 1.5 cm long (3 cm circumference).
Now I measure it, it is about 3 cm long ( 6 cm circumference).
So for the 3 weeks stretching, I have add 3 cm circumference, or about 50% from original size.

Same problem..
April 16 2007, 9:22 PM
Hi Aman and everyone,
I saw this wonderful thread, i am 24 yrs old and suffer from full phimosis.
I have some doubts about this. I cannot retract even in flaccid state and i have started streching,
i did it everyday for 10 mins and after 4 days there was kind of swelling but it went of the next day. is it a problem?
I dont use cream, i cannot speak to anyone about this so i didnt go to a doctor. Streching without cream does it work and i alredy see some cracks ( strech marks ) on foreskin.
Thanks.
Jim
Cracks??
April 16 2007, 10:35 PM
Stretching will work, so get the doubt out of your head. If you're getting cracks, you may have a yeast problem. You can get preparations to treat this over the counter at any pharmacy.

thanks jim,
I am working on streching, about cracks i was implying i could see strech marks . I wasnt able to express properly, sorry about that.
Don't crack up at this stage.
April 18 2007, 6:09 AM
Aman: I seriously suggest you forget about "desensitising" your penis (and wonder from where you picked up that idea?). Try and bear the concept in your mind that the situation is similar to your wife's clitoris - how important would you consider it to "desensitise" that so she can wear it out in the open?
Pardon my criticism, but I just find it a bizarre concept.
Similarly, there is no common-sense reason to wear the foreskin retracted (except of course for those who fantasise about circumcision, and that is where you will read about such things).
The frænulum is only a concern if it causes discomfort and markedly pulls the penis head over when you have an erection and apply modest force retracting the foreskin. That it might do so if you pull the foreskin back forcefully, is clearly irrelevant.
You are absolutely correct in suggesting that the stretching force would be more equally applied to the foreskin with a cylindrical object.
Asian: If you have some swelling, you may have applied a little too much tension - or used something that abraded (scratched) the skin. Similarly, "stretch marks" suggests excess enthusiasm - I would take it more easily (though as long as the skin is not broken, it is probably not a great problem). Actual skin cracks ("fissures") do tend to indicate some skin problem, such as Candida (yeast). You will find comments on this in other past threads.

3+ weeks progress
April 19 2007, 11:38 PM
Thanks for the critics Paul.
The reason I try to desensiting glans is to think that even uncircumcised
person at least able to touch his glans although maybe with discomfort.
Mine was never out from foreskin, so I just give it some "out side experience".
Now that I know I could bear the discomfort, and thanks for your critics,
I will stop doing it.
Frenelum is not a problem now. Confirm it is not short. With almost erected penis, I
can pull it all way back without problem.
For my progress, I can bear the tight ring on the shaft when gain erection.
The shaft is hardly choked, but the pain is still bearable.
Asian guy, I don't have any experience of foreskin cracking, so I can't give any comment.
But I do feel sting in the first 3 days of my stretching.
About the cream you mention, I assume betamethasone, you can read in forum that many
people able to cure phimosis without it. I helps the stretching, but not a must.
I myself don't use it so regulary, sometimes only 3 days once. I do more concern using anti
fungal cream and use it regulary. I don't rush the stretching and prefer stays out any
possible infection.
