Questions

-
This is a two part post.
Part I:
I have almost full Phimosis. I've been stretching for about 2 months now. In the first couple of weeks I noticed some improvement, but since then, there has been little to no difference . With my schedule I only manage about two or so minutes a day. Is there anything I can do to increase the rate at which my foreskin stretches?

Part II:
I have a difficult time keeping an erection while wearing a condom. Would this have anything to do with my Phimosis? Or is it something else entirely?

Evaluate

1. You made progress when you spent time. Make time in your schedule to stretch either more often or for longer periods of time.

2. Condoms diminish sensations. Your problem is probably related to that. When you are able to retract your foreskin before applying the condom, you'll probably find a more satisfying situation. I predict that you'll be complaining about too much sensation.

A couple more questions.

I've got a couple more questions.

Is there any cream or something along those lines which would help with the stretching process?
For how long and at what inter voles should I stretch?

My foreskin in loose, but the very end there is only a small hole. What technique should I use for stretching just the area which is small?

A specific steroidal ointment, obtainable only by prescription, can aid in the process, but it isn't necessary. It is used quite sparingly daily, applied only to the tight part.

Are you able to get a finger inside the hole? Let us know so we can advise.

I am not able to get a finger inside. The hole is roughly 1/8 inch diameter. The technique i've been using is just pulling my foreskin towards my body, so it stretches against the tip of my penis. The problem with this technique is that it seems to stretch just the foreskin, doing very little to stretch the hole itself.

Launch!

I have pointed this out quite frequently here, but whilst stretching against the head of your penis with an erection is certainly a good idea - better than nothing - it is not particularly effective - just as you have noticed, you really can't get much "purchase" on the tight part; the glans is simply too soft (even when erect!).

In your case, the "Glansie" would actually be quite helpful to start, but a perhaps simpler and more accessible approach might be to find a good blunt object, plastic would generally be suitable, such as the cap from a ball-point pen, that you could introduce (preferably with the aid of some lubrication) into the "funnel" that Jim's picture shows and which would do the stretching for you.

Note that to do this you do not want an erection because you actually want the "torpedo-shaped" object to fit through the narrow part and beside (or on top of) your glans (penis head). Also, it may irritate your penis head doing so, which is also a good reason for using some lubrication.

Insufficient detail.

You really need to explain to us in substantial detail how you are doing this stretching, and particularly, by reference to the techniques we have described here. Unless we know that you are doing something that is effective, that you are stretching the right part, we cannot hope to comment on why it may or may not be effective.

It would also be useful to know your age, particularly in respect of your second question. One would presume that you refer to putting on a condom in order to have intercourse with your girlfriend, it that the case? (Not such a silly question as it sounds - some people have different agenda!)

If that is indeed the case, then unless you are saying it is in some way uncomfortable (and it would have to be very uncomfortable to cause such problems), then I would have to say that the issue is not with the phimosis, but with the relationship and/ or situation with your girlfriend. The two usual "mockers" are guilt and fear of pregnancy - and the latter is usually quite justified.

Proven Balloon Based Stretching

August 22 2007, 6:08 AM

Hi - I noticed that no one had mentioned the GFS Platigo Kit. It is a carefully crafted balloon designed specifically for foreskin stretching. A neat little device allows the balloon head to enter the tight rim of the foreskin. With gentle pressure from a GFS plunger, the foreskin is gently stretched. It takes about 14 days for many guys. Some get results sooner, but others may take longer.

I have used this - it is the only thing that helped. These guys have a great customer service centre with guys that are trained to answer many of the questions you may have.

Go to www.gfs.platigo.com (this was correct when i tried it about 6 weeks ago)

They ship the goods from Australia. It takes between 5 and 10 days to get Europe or North America.

My Doctor asked me how I managed to overcome the foreskin problem. I showed him the website. He now offers the GFS kit to other men with tight foreskins. A problem, I now know - to be very common.

Hope that helps,
Regards,

James.

Thanks for the tip

Thanks also for passing that info on to your doctor.

Sounds excellent.

Yes, I do like that idea, it has all the right concepts, even distribution of pressure, designed such as to stay in place, and most importantly, you can leave it in place for a substantial length of time - how long did you in fact leave it in place each day, and how often? How long did it take you?

Of course there is a cost, but for a medical treatment, that is quite minor.

One warning I would like to point out however - whilst it may achieve results in 14 days, I would always recommend it continue to be used for at least a month after reaching "target" in order to "set" the stretch and avoid the potential disappointment of the foreskin tightening again, and having to repeat the treatment, incorrectly presuming it to have "failed" or need to be "continued forever".
