A bit of help

Hi,

Firstly I would like to say what a good site. I have a bit of phimotic ring. Not to serious I don't think. I was wondering if someone could give me some tips on stretching ie how long and how many times a day? I can pull my foreskin back all the way when flacid but it creates a bit of a hourglass. When erect I struggle to get it behind the glans and any further is a real stretch and comes with a bit of discomfort. I have always masturbated with my foreskin over my glans. I have torn the ring several times during intercourse and frankly its a pain in the ass. I have already had a frenuplasty procedure and although it helped things it is still very tight. I was hoping for some suggestions. I have attatched some pictures.

That's tight alright

However, it isn't hopeless. Since you can retract past the corona, you shoud have no trouble getting two fingers inside the opening. Do this and pull it apart gently. Keep the tension on for several minutes, and repeat at least one more time per day. You probably have about a month of work ahead of you, but keep stretching for an additional month to ensure good cell production.

Most important detail.

Now correct me if I guess this wrong, but I think the most important thing is that you start doing the stretching and - don't stop until a month after you achieve whatever you determine to be your goal.

Good illustrative set of pictures there. Clearly you have a tightness of the circumference of your foreskin, and you also have some tightness of the frænulum.

It would seem that the "frænuloplasty" has not been entirely helpful, and I am inclined to suggest that since such a procedure results in scarring, you are probably no better off for it as you now have to stretch a scar rather than stretch the original, which might have taken no longer overall.

But the point is - that is basically what you want to do. I have written comments on how often, how hard and how long so often here that I really don't fancy repeating them - just have a good read through the threads and you will find it all. It's worthwhile just seeing what others have experienced anyway.

The summary is - you do the stretching with fingers in the foreskin (flaccid) because the pressure of the erection simply is not sufficient to achieve what you want in any plausible time frame, and while stretching the frænulum by the technique we so commonly illustrate may or may not be strictly necessary, it will probably benefit you.

Actually, the matter of the tight frænulum "bowing" the glans is, now I come to think of it, an interesting one. What I have proposed in the past, is that it should not matter if the glans can be "bowed" in this manner, as doing so implies a quite unnatural degree of tension pulling the foreskin back which would only happen during intercourse if there is a gross lack of lubrication and perhaps also, excessive vaginal tightness.

In general, I think that is an accurate summary. I begin to wonder however, whether there is a further teleological basis to the existence of the frænulum. It occurs to me that such discomfort as you may suffer from the frænulum being pulled so hard as to "bend" the glans, may actually be of advantage in telling you that something is wrong (and that you are no doubt, causing corresponding injury to the lady); that it may be a good thing to be so reminded to "take it easy".

In any case, I think it is up to you to start the stretching, and see how effective it is, and perhaps then to describe what you have found as a basis for further discussion.

And there is certainly nothing at all wrong with masturbating with your foreskin over your glans - that's pretty much what circumcised men attempt to emulate in most cases - the alternate approach of using copious quantities of more or less effective lubricant, is far less practical by comparison.
