Whilst what you did to masturbate in your teens may well be relevant, and it would be interesting to know how having a tight foreskin, you presently might enjoy the practice of "slow" masturbation where you focus on pulling the foreskin back, so using the foreskin to squeeze the glans, I think your problem dates back to childhood before
you masturbated with intent to orgasm.
What is critical
is the piece of knowledge that the foreskin should
be able to retract; that you missed either seeing this happen in childhood (a parent, friend or chance observation) or instruction that this was possible and desirable. And that, when you proceed to fatherhood, is what you would need to pass on. I presume from your comments, that you have yet to be sexually active with a young lady though that is only
because you fail to mention such an aspect of the situation, not because the phimosis you describe would result in any difficulty at all!
My own personal involvement in "sexual education in schools" (briefly as a committee member) suggests to me that it is almost farcical in effect, serving according to the lowest common denominator of the experience of those providing it. This is nothing more than a simulacrum
of the wider society - the attitudes people exhibit constrain sexual education in schools and to the extent that is the only
education they get (the porn-focused Internet and the "media" being hardly likely to improve matters very much on average), defines eduction of the next generation.
The analysis of your suggestion that you now urinate much faster and more powerfully is rather interesting. First I will ask you to try out something. In the shower, hold the end of your foreskin shut while you pee (perhaps once you are getting near to having emptied your bladder, so that you can more readily stop the flow) and observe how it "balloons". Observe whether this results in a nice, large round "balloon" of at least a couple of inches in diameter which completely and symmetrically conceals your glans (the outline of which I would think you have accurately identified by now).
The point is, if it does "balloon" nicely, then if (the tightness of) your foreskin were causing any restriction to the velocity of peeing, it would balloon like this each
time you pee. Does it? If it however does not
balloon with the end held shut, then you would not have this indicator. In fact, the latter situation - that your foreskin is stuck to your glans - is pretty unlikely, but I mention it just in case, as you would have a more significant problem.
So, if your foreskin was not restricting your pee flow, then the difference is merely that you have re-shaped the "jet" through which you pee, and the stream has a different form and feeling.
There is certainly an interesting point here - little boys whose foreskin is still tight, and men with the same situation, find that the "nozzle" of the foreskin generally serves to shape a well-focused stream which can be controlled to advantage in peeing whilst standing. Circumcised men and those whose foreskin either retracts itself (perhaps with a partial erection) or deliberately retract to pee, find the same convenience as the meatal "lips" gently widen (sideways) just enough to shape the flow.
The "tricky" part comes where the foreskin is loose, but is not retracted to pee - being loose, it forms a much wider, irregular opening, and peeing with it in this position causes a wider, erratic and splattering stream. Point is, you are likely notice this effect during the stretching process, until it is completed.
The shaft of your penis curves to the left mainly because you are right-handed (as I would suppose). Place your hands flat together, and precisely match the "heels" - the parts nearest to the wrist - to one another. You will most likely notice that the fingertips on the right hand extend just a fraction of an inch further than the left - the right hand is slightly bigger. Similarly for the feet.
Now with your hands in this position, try and arrange your hands so that both the heels of the palm and the fingertips match in length. The only way you can do this, is to bend your hands to the left, but note that the bend to do this is much bigger than the extra length of the fingers - there is leverage occurring here because the fingers are long but thin. Does this explain the bend in your penis?
Whatever idle people may imagine, it is very unlikely that (in the absence of disease) a tight foreskin would in any way affect the shape of the penis because the erectile structure is much
stronger than the skin. The foreskin grows to accommodate nocturnal erections - the ones you get frequently
and persistently during sleep and as such, do not know about (and may not actually be present when you have a "wet dream"). It is equally unlikely that "dress" - the way you position your penis in your underwear (or the way your mother positioned it in your nappies) has any influence on size or shape.
Have I missed anything?
