Circumcision is the last thing any man should have on his mind, and especially one your age. It is actually just a profitable procedure in search of a valid reason. Rarely is there a case for it which can be justified.
Here's something you can do and do it easily. I suggest doing this twice per day, about five minutes at a time.
an this method really works ????? do people see results quickly??

Over the next week, I want you to read the threads which preceed this one. You'll find stories of guys just like you who have done what we recommend. Judge for yourself if it works.
Be patient with yourself. This exercise should be done cautiously so that no pain occurs. Use mild tension only. In your condition, you may see full retraction within four to six weeks, but you'll need to continue for a few more weeks after that to allow the skin cells to grow.

I have jus read Michaels message, posted in this forum. With the stretching exercises you gave me i am already seeing improvements, but whenever my penis is erect there is a tightness in my frenulum, when i try to pull the foreskin back. Is there anything that can be done for this?

This is what is recommended in other threads and it seems to work.
But!

Note, the frænulum stretch is not going to give rapid results - it is difficult, and will take some time and patience.

Ive read most of the threads and i was quite amazed that so many had the same problem! Ive been doing the exercises and there is definitley a difference. the only problem is the frenulum, it is restricting my foreskin from coming all the way back and over the head of my penis during erection. One side of the frenulum goes white and feels tight when I do this. I'll keep stretching and report back soon!

What else is going on?

These things don't happen without cause, so we need to uncover what the cause might be. Often yeast is the problem. Yeast can become a problem in a couple of different ways, each by killing off beneficial bacteria which normally keeps it in balance.
The most common cause is the use of soap, particually the anti-bacterial kind. This is not good for penile hygiene. The second cause could be from ingesting certain anti-biotics. Another possibility is unprotected sex with an infected partner.
Is any of these a possibility? Even if not, you won't cause any harm by treating for yeast. You can get preparations over the counter, mostly in the feminine products aisle at your local pharmacy. Similar products are also used for Athletes Foot. Try using one of them to see if your situation clears up. Sometimes, you have to try one with different active ingredient. To keep it from recurring, back off on whatever caused it. In the case of antibiotics, eat yogurt, and smear a small amoung on the foreskin for a few days. I'm not kidding.
The stretching itself will not be a factor in this. Ahs there been any cracking, or is there any itching?
