Hi,I am 24 years of virgin male!My problem is that my penis's foreskin do not retrace beyond 1 cm when sexually aroused. If retraced forcefully,I loose the sexual arouseness out of pain.Something from Frenulam delta is attached to the tip of the glans.
I can retrace the foreskin when not erect. But it only became possible when a couple of years back I pulled the foreskin forcefully behind the glans. Now its retraceble in normal condition but not possible when sexually aroused.
I think I have short frenulam.I have read about some stretching exercise and betamethasone in the forums but a little confused...from where to begin.

*Please guide me about the streching exerice for Frenulam Beave.Any useful link on how to do it?
*Can it be phimosis?
*should I use above mentioned cream?

Where to start?

I highly recommend that you take some time to read several of the previous threads. Other guys have posted exactly as you have, so you can benefit from what was written there. If you're having trouble retracting with an erection, you definitely could benefit from some easy stretching exercises. First, do the reading and then come back.
