to pull the foreskin forward again. Realising that you need to do so means that you will
make sure it is pulled forward. Paraphimosis occurs when you do not have the motivation or ability to do so. Given that it is possible to pull the foreskin back, the only reason you would not have the ability, is that someone else pulled it back when you were somehow incapable of pulling it forward again - this happens when people are anaesthetised or incapacitated in some other way (such as being inebriated).
If there is any doubt, I do recommend sticking to stretching it outward with two fingers inside until it is easy
to pull it back.

On the other hand, as long as you can
pull the foreskin forward again, and by definition, if you could pull it back, then you can pull it forward again unless
you leave it long enough to develop swelling in front of the tight part; then it is safe to do so.
