As Jim observes, the "cure" for your "freaking out" is when you start pulling it right back - even if only briefly - on a regular basis. But I am sure your anxiety is more a result of reading
garbage on the 'net (how else would you know the nasty word to use?), than what you have actually
done and observed yourself.
However, doing that is not the cure for the
tightness itself so for the moment, concentrate on the stretching. Without pulling your foreskin back (in fact the opposite - pulling it
forward), you need to practice getting a finger through the tight opening, then getting bigger fingers through, your thumb, then the tips of your two little fingers so that you can pull them apart to stretch.
And yes, you
will need to do the frænulum stretch as well, at least as often. Do tell us now just how many fingers you can get in - that's a good indicator of just how tight it is at any given stage in the progress.
