GFS is garbage

Just thought I would throw this out for other people, I'd recommend against the GFS. For the price you pay, it's definitely not worth it. It's a very simple contraption and if you order and receive it you will hit yourself in the head for paying that much for it when you see it.

I recommend sticking with simple stretching techniques or getting creative and making your own tool.
$100 is a waste though.
