| Okay I gotta be honest with you guys. I've actually been pretty skeptical about all this so I haven't been stretching my foreskin every single night.
But I've read through this site and some other sites and I think I'm going to give this a serious try because hell...it's better than surgery.
But could I just do this instead: Pull the foreskin back. Then push it back again only OVER my two fingers. After that I just kind of stretch it like a rubber band (only gently). I'd probably still pull the foreskin back again with my two fingers and hold it back for a few minutes like you guys have instructed as well.

Well, the first thing that comes to mind is that if you want to get serious, it's not so much a matter of whether you stretch your foreskin (and frænulum) "every single night", but how many times each day you do this.
Now from your previous description, you could not get your foreskin back over your (flaccid) glans, so are we to understand that you now can? If you can, then you certainly can do this and then roll it forward again over your two fingers, but clearly the important part is that you get the fingers inside the tight section. There is no(to so much) use in stretching only the part in front of the tight part; you need to get at least one finger through the tight section.
I trust - hope that you have "got over" the distractors of worrying about "infections", itches, "cleaning" and such?

My message title really says it all. Read all about foreskin restoration anywhere and the same tactic is used even for (cough) stretching of the scrotum and testicles to create lower hanging (o.O) parts.
Just read and follow what Jim and Paul B write and your problems will go away. Of course, if you get bored you can go and have your foreskin removed with the ridged band and the frenulum even.... It's your choice.....but I know what I prefer..
Slow, but sure and ensures zero scarring if I have learned correctly from the expert residents. |
