Do i have to pull my foreskin to the front in order to do the stretching correctly? I am not sure if i am doing this right because I dont seem to be able to slip my finger into the opening.

I am only able to retract my foreskin to around 3/4 of the glan when flacid. In fact i am reaching the rim of the glan but somehow i just could not go any furthur.

Try this: http://pages.suddenlink.net/manual_methods/phimosis.html

If this is not possible, you can start with this instead:

That's how!

Actually, Jim's illustration here does rather nicely demonstrate pulling the foreskin "to the front". What you do next is whilst holding the foreskin in that "funnel", to practice getting one finger - starting with your little finger but then your middle finger - into that "funnel".

You will want to use a little lubricant to get it to slip in, perhaps a spot of saliva, or if you have it, a "personal" lubricant, or just some vegetable oil - note, only on the finger that you are slipping in, as if you get it on the fingers that you are using to hold the foreskin open, they will tend to slip off! happy.gif

You then move on to getting your thumb in, each time getting the finger to go down through the tight part onto the glans - feel around the glans (if you have the finger lubricated, it will not be overly sensitive), and notice particularly where the tight "band" in the foreskin is. Finally, you get two fingers, one from each hand, in and you can then apply them against the tight band to stretch it open - carefully as described in previous threads here.

And of course, you will want to be alternating this "exercise" with the frænulum stretch.

You said something about alternating to frenulum stretch but can i actually said that the above illustrated exercise is also considered a frenulum stretch since the foreskin is pulled to the front?

Here you go

You will get some stretch of the frenulum with the exercise illustrated, but for more concentration, do this one:

Good point.

That would be true, except for two things - one is that in the first exercise, you are only pulling the foreskin forward in order to straighten it out so that you can move your finger down the "funnel" and get it into the tight part - once you have achieved that, the forward tension is no longer necessary. The first approach is also a means of opening up the foreskin in itself, in which case you are concentrating on pulling it open (sideways) more than pulling it forward.

The second point is that this first approach is pulling more-or-less symmetrically on the sides of the foreskin whereas the frænulum is on the bottom of the foreskin, so to stretch it, you need to grip much more specifically on that part - as the second picture illustrates. And of course, to stretch the frænulum you really need to get a good grip on it and hold it firmly for some time - a few minutes at least, a few times every day - because it is most certainly going to take some persistence (weeks and possibly months) to get it to loosen. Stretching the foreskin open is actually likely to be much quicker.
