Paraphimosis is overrated. Unless you are dead drunk or feeble, you won't have a problem getting the skin to recover the glans. If you feel more comfortable, continue your exercises a while more before trying it.
At what point do you feel pain? Do you see any reason why the pain occurs at the certain place? |

pulling back over the head it hurts when the skin starts to rollover but then stops hurting. is there something wrong with my frenulum? also i can't pull the skin back at all when erect but can almost pull it all the way over flaccid |

| Frenulum and frenar band | June 18 2009, 8:57 AM |
I think the tight ring we call the frenar band is what is causing the pain. However, is it one continous piece with the frenulum, so it could also be the frenulum, although it's hard to conceptualize this.
Keep working on that tight little ring and also work on the frenulum specifically to see it you can get some relief. Here's how to work the frenulum:

I will Keep the up with the exercises and Report Back, I have a busy lifestyle, and sometimes don't have time to wait around doing the stretches, could you suggest any quicker, yet still effective methods? |

Try using a skin tunnel to keep the opening stretched. |

What is a skin tunnel? I have never heard of it... |

Skin tunnels are used as body modification devices, primarily for creating holes in ear lobes. They come in various sizes and are designed in such a way that they would lend themselves readily for use in stretching the opening of the foreskin.
A little lubrication would permit a tunnel slightly larger than a comfortable fit, and the flared edges would keep the device in place, all the while allowing urination through the hole. I think it's an ideal tool to consider. |

I just pulled it back over the head, success, it was tight but didn't get stuck, there is no need to be scared! is it unusual for it to be able to pulled over the head easily first time trying? thank you for all your assistance! |

Reporting back, thanks guys, my problem is almost gone, can pull back while erect but still a bit tight, although if left not stretching for a few days my skin tightens up. Any tips? Thanks for all the help. |

The re-tightening is normal. As you have stretched the opening, you've done so by creating tiny gaps between the skin cells. Time is needed now to build new cells in the voids. Unless you continue stretching for a few more weeks, you won't get permanance. Just keep doing what you've been doing and it'll get there. | |
