Hi, I was born with a tight foreskin. By tight foreskin I mean I can retract while in a flaccid state, but during erection I can't retract at all. Foreskin is just too tight in that case. However, I can see the tip of the head.
I consulted a doctor and they suggested Frenuloplasty as I had a short frenulum causing the head to bend at 90 degree(while retraction in flaccid state). After Frenuloplasty this problem got solved. It helped me to retract beyond the penis head but its still too tight to retract further.
1. I learned about stretching exercise here and have started the same as I don't want circumcision. Looking forward for some tips.
2. Secondly, the tip of my penis head(around the urinary opening) is red in color, too sensitive when touched and sometimes looks like a bit swollen. Is it some kind of infection or is it normal? Please suggest some solution.
I am 27 yrs of age.

Yours is hard to retract with erections because it hasn't been exercised. The first step is for you to read several of the previous threads. You'll learn that your situaion is the same as most of the other men who have described their situations. It sounds as if you have already started this. You'll also see what works and how to do it.
Some redness is normal, and so is sensitivity. Let's see how the stretching goes to determine if yours might be a problem. Sometimes yeast is the culprit. Please let us know how this progresses.

Interesting to see that your doctor actually suggested "frænuloplasty". I am rather impressed, but also curious as to the details of exactly what was performed as I suspect the term can be misused?
All the "tips" may be found simply by reading back (deeply) through the message threads here.
I rather wonder just how many penes you have actually looked at "in real life"? Looking at pictures frequently does not demonstrate actual colours well, and circumcised penes are not normal anyway. A red glans is perfectly normal (as is any of a number of other colours), and if you think it is "too" sensitive when touched I have to conclude you are not familiar with a woman's anatomy.
"Swelling" is not uncommon, and it seems to me is plausibly an aspect of erection, which comes in degrees.
Unless you have done something to catch an infection, that is relatively unlikely.
