hello, im 32 years old and for quite some time(over the last 12 years or so) i get about 3 to 6 small cuts around the circle on my foreskin. this usually happens after sex that it really starts to hurt and then i have trouble pulling my foreskin back to urinate and even shower, they hurt extremly bad, sometimes it brings me to tears and when i urinate it burns. after a few days it calms down and i can wash, but not completely. i have recently found this forum and im trying the stretching exercises to see if this helps. i have been with my g/f for about 10 years, and she thinks i need to see a uroligist and have it "trimmed", its been a few weeks since we have had sex, and im getting upset with it, i dont really feel like a man since i cant have sex. im not sure if i should have the surgery or keep trying the exercises. i need some advise......thanks

No need for trimming unless you're really into self-destruction. You have a yeast problem. Go to the local pharmacy and purchase a prepartion for treating yeast infections. Even the stuff you use for athlete's foot will work. If you're not using condoms, have your girlfriend treat herself simultaneously and refrain from unprotected sex for a couple of weeks.
Stretching before treatment will just aggravate it, so treat it.
