Success?

I've been reading around since i realised that having a tight foreskin was a problem.

That was about 2 weeks ago.

Since then i have gone from never having seen my glans before, due to the pain of retracting further (hence the not bothering), to having just managed to retract my foreskin behind the head for the first time, flacid.

I've used the stretches shown on here, and pulling the foreskin back, as often as i can, for 15 minutes a time.
Thanks! My question is how far should i be able to retract?

That's great!

You can eventually achieve retraction to nearly whatever point you wish. Ideally, the foreskin should go beyond the corona (rim) of the glans (head).

Thanks

Cheers for the quick reply. Seems like I still have a little more work to do. Another question: Since the glans have only been exposed for the first time recently, its incredibly sensitive, and painful to the touch, any solutions to this, or just keep them exposed as much as possible?

Give it time

There is nothing you can do but wait it out.

Wrong way round - actually, not a problem, but a benefit!

Your glans is naturally sensitive, which is a perfectly good thing and in fact is exactly what a young (or older wink.gif) lady's clitoris is like - very sensitive to touch and indeed touch by an un-lubricated finger (or indeed, un-lubricated other body part) is quite unpleasant as that is the whole point - these parts are "designed" for lubricated sexual contact. {What is unnatural, is to have an unprotected glans as a result of circumcision, which then - eventually - becomes adapted to un-lubricated contact and thereby, far less sensitive to sexual stimulation.}

What you are telling us here, is that you do not have actual experience of "the fairer sex". wink.gif

It may in fact, be an advantage to use some lubricant (vegetable oil would probably suffice) when you are doing the stretching.

How far?

Well, if you take a look at these pictures, all of which happen, by the way, to show a perfectly normal penis (thought not all necessarily the same penis but each group clearly is), you should be able to get an idea of what sort of flexibility of the foreskin you might wish for.

Clearly, it is reasonable to expect your foreskin to pull back easily when erect, perhaps but not necessarily to slip back "automatically" as you get an erection. It need not necessarily pull back and be completely "smooth" - some "bunching" is not a particular problem and you certainly do not expect it to be all "smooth" simply because you have an erection as this is actually a notable characteristic of a circumcised penis on which the skin stretches smooth and "tight" because two thirds of it has been cut off!

Please note in your reading back through the discussions here, the importance of doing the frænulum stretching, as finding the frænulum is tight once you have stretched sufficiently to retract, is really the only significant form of discomfort you are likely to experience.

Ok, thanks for all your help, much appreciated. Paul is quite correct in that my experiences with the fair sex are somewhat limited. Thanks again. I'll post again if i manage any further sucess, as these forums need sucess stories to keep morale up. Thanks again
