Phimosis improved, Short frenulum now?

Hi, I am 15 years old and about 6 months ago realised I had phimosis.
After stretching daily without the aid of any creams etc. I can now fully retract my foreskin when flaccid and when erect. However, I recently disscovered I may have a short frenulum.
When erect, My foreskin will retract about 1cm behind the glans but then bunches up. My frenulum wont let me retract my foreskin any further than this.
I have started stretching my frenulum by retracting the foreskin as much as possible when erect, however, I have not really noticed any progress.
Please could you guide me on how to stretch the frenulum to achieve normal retraction, Thankyou.

Actually Jake, everything is normal as you've described it. However, if you'd like more mobility, do this: [linked image]

I recommend doing it for several minutes (5-10) twice per day. In addition, after each time you pee throughout the day, do it briefly as privacy allows. You'll notice results in about a week, and depending on how much you wish to lengthen the frenulum, it might take two months. Allow an extra month for skin cells to generate once you get to your goal.
