I am seventeen, european and I've recently found trough wikipedia that I might just have frenulum breve.

I found out that stretching is usually the solution, however, I don't know the difference between the stretching techniques for phimosis and frenulum and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how they work, their "sucess rate" and how long it will take for my penis to be 'normal'.

I am not sure if I have frenulum, so I post this pictures in the hopes of you telling me if I do or this is just normal.

Thank you and congratulations on this forum ;)

OK, you're the same guy

I'll delete the previous post to eliminate confusion.

What kind of problem do you perceive? It appears your foreskin is retracted well beyond the glans. Is there any pain in getting it back that far, or do you feel there's undue tension on the frenulum? The picture indicates it may be quite tight at that level of retraction, so perhaps some stretching of the frenulum may be in order, but it may be alright just as it is. What do you want?
If you'd like more mobility of the skin, do the exercise in this picture;
[linked image]

Set aside two sessions of five to ten mintues per day, and do the stretching. Don't miss any sessions. During the day after you relieve your bladder, do it briefly. Since you don't have a serious problem, you may have to do this six weeks or so. The success rate is very high when directions are followed.

Thank you for your fast answear wink.gif

I dont feel any pain at all by retracting my penis when it's flacid, altough it hurts a bit when erect and can't get too much past the gland.

After a better look into this matter, I am 99% sure I have a sohort frenulum, I assume that this exercise is the one indicated for those purposes and I will start doing it ASAP.

Thank you.

Go for it

OK, if erections tend to restrict it uncomfortably, then work on it.

Always a bit of each.

I think the fact in your case, as in most cases, is that you need to stretch both the foreskin opening and the frænulum. When you mention difficulty retracting when erect but not flaccid, that does tend to suggest the problem is tightness of the foreskin opening. Of course it may also be the case that when erect, the glans, to which the frænulum tethers, more effectively resists being pulled down by it and that causes the discomfort. It should however be fairly obvious to you as to which of these mechanisms is in fact causing the discomfort.

From the pictures, we can see that you do have a somewhat short frænulum, which does pull the glans down when you put it "on the stretch". This does not necessarily indicate a problem because when flaccid, the glans is easily moved about but when erect will more likely resist this.

Also, there is no actual need to pull the foreskin back any distance beyond the glans; the only problem is that the frænulum may be excessively sensitive to being stretched - if it is dragged back by lack of lubrication during intercourse - a problem which should be more correctly managed by more attention to ("technique" and) lubrication (either by ensuring the lady is actually finding the experience pleasurable, or by using an "artificial" lubricant). Nevertheless, we would agree that you should do the stretching of the frænulum as well as the foreskin opening.
