What kind of problem do you perceive? It appears your foreskin is retracted well beyond the glans. Is there any pain in getting it back that far, or do you feel there's undue tension on the frenulum? The picture indicates it may be quite tight at that level of retraction, so perhaps some stretching of the frenulum may be in order, but it may be alright just as it is. What do you want?
If you'd like more mobility of the skin, do the exercise in this picture;
Set aside two sessions of five to ten mintues per day, and do the stretching. Don't miss any sessions. During the day after you relieve your bladder, do it briefly. Since you don't have a serious problem, you may have to do this six weeks or so. The success rate is very high when directions are followed.
