i've been stretching with the ear tunnel for 2-5 hrs. a day for 5 days. it's actually really comfortable. i keep it in place with a band-aid. i can now fit my little finger inside my foreskin.

Try Googling the subject and you should get several choices. Buy them in several increasingly larger sizes and start with one just big enough to stretch your opening.

Tatoo and piercing parlors should have them too.

you can go to any tattoo/piercing parlor to buy them. they are commonly known as "ear plugs." they cost around $20 for a pair. in terms of the size, you need to figure that out for yourself. you don't want it to be so big that it hurts when you put them in, just large enough to slightly stretch the opening. make sure you buy silicone ones! these are softer and more comfortable.
