Hey guys,
I am Mike from SoCal 23 years of age (I have posted here before). I have to thank you guys for what you do here. It has inspired me to believe a cure from phimosis is possible by stretching, and keeps inspiring me to keep on going till I can fully retract while erect. At one point I had pin hole phimosis, but I persevered with my stretching. Twice a day, once with the finger stretching techniques seen here for about 10-15 minutes, and another time with the new GFS (gentle foreskin stretching) device for another 15 minutes. I am not done with stretching, but I have finally been able to retract fully while flaccid. This was the first time I had ever seen my entire glan, so you can imagine how exciting it was for me. Pictures below.
I do wish we had easier means of posting pictures.

I might need some assistance with this guys. Hopefully it is not a partial form of paraphimosis, but it has alarmed me. I used to have skin bunched up at the end of my penis. This is an old picture of a semi-erection to illustrate how it was.
Just replace the "DOT" with a . to see the picture. As you can see there the skin bunched up at the end when limp (it was also bunched up while erect). Now when I am limp there is this effect.
Essentially this happenedhttp://www.platigosolutions.com/index.html . If you go to that site and scroll to the bottom picture you will see the first penis with the skin bunched up at the end and the second mostly limp, but the glan being somewhat exposed even while limp.
Today while I was retracting past my glans I noticed it started swelling a bit behind there from being a bit tight but I just slowly yanked it forward. However after a few times doing that I feel like the very tight bunched up skin on the front of my foreskin got stuck rolled up behind my corona (edge of glan). And now what is left forward is skin that covers the penis, but not completely maybe about 95 percent covered. And now when I masturbate the skin moves back and forth almost effortlessly. Also when I get very erect the skin starts to go back on its own. I spent 3 hours trying to pull the bunched up skin back and forward, but I couldn't get it. It seems like it actually changed like the GFS description, and I don't know what to think of it yet.
Also here are some pics of the glan fully exposed.
Again any feedback on this possible issue is appreciated. It is really a dramatic change for me, so I am unsure of what to think.

Well I got that problem sorted out. And it does feel more comfortable now with all the skin forward. But what I had to do to get the tip forward again was masturbate with a bunch of lube (because right now touching the top of the glan is painful, the bottom is not so much). Then once I was done with that it was easier to pull back the skin all the way over the corona without getting semi erect. Then I just pulled it back as much as possible (even past the corona) then forward. And when I pulled it forward from going all the way back that time the tip of the skin came back forward again.
It happened again. Hopefully I will be able to fix it, but I haven't been able to for the last 4 hours. Basically the "preputial or phimotic ring" that was the tip of my foreskin is now behind my glans from retracting and it cannot seem to move back forward. However, foreskin is covering my glans. So what happened is I retracted my foreskin and the ring just stayed behind the glans with the rest of the foreskin rolling back easily. Is this normal? Despite the foreskin going back and forth very easily in this state, it feels very odd with my ring behind the glans and the other skin forward. Any feedback would be appreciated.
No, it is not normal, but it's not fatal. When that happens, pull the skin back and pinch the glans while working on the ring to come forward again. Do it right away instead of waiting for four hours.

Figured it wasn't normal due to the odd way it felt with the ring back and the skin forward. But I managed to fix it again with a bit more difficulty this time by inverting all of the ring out then squeezing the head till it shrunk enough to pull that ring over. Long hours of trial and error with this, but at least I know now.
Hey Mike im a socal guy too with some foreskin problem that I reallly want to fix...i cant retract it all the way I think I have a phimotic ring
problem too..can i send you pics and you can tell me if we have the same problem?
thanks would help alot
i've been thinking about purchasing the gfs. i was just wondering, after you plunge the air into the balloon, is there a way to keep the air in there without having to keep applying pressure to it? is the system hands-free at all?
i tried contacting someone at GFS about this, and haven't received any answers. they also aren't selling it on-line anymore until they get some license or regulation or something.
Well, it looks as if you are too late to get one until the Australian government approves the GFS as a beneficial instrument. We are not affiliated with the unit, so whatever you wish to know about it will have to come from that company or from someone who has used one.
Meanwhile, I suggest that you do manual stretching. If the Aussies are as slow as Americans, you can have your problem solved before the GFS is back on the market.

Re: gfs question for mike

The new GFS system from what I know and from my experience using it many times it is *not hands free. I end up holding the ring of my foreskin forward a bit to make sure the balloon does not slip out. And with my other hand I am keeping air pressure on the balloon coming. So there is a constant 360 stretch felt on the ring for 10-20 minutes. It's not uncomfortable or painful, it just feels like a good stretch. And well if you're stretching your foreskin for 3 months+ the variety that the GFS adds is worth the money I think. I use it along side the manual finger stretches and I'm working on also adding silicone flesh tunnels into my stretching routine.
The new GFS system also comes with 4 balloons instead of 2 and does not use that old (useless) clip that the original had. It has caused me no problems so far. When the old one did. The old balloons seemed to be weaker for some reason. After a few weeks using the old balloons their power just wasn't the same. But these new balloons have stayed strong the entire way.
