Clarification.

First of all, sorry for all of the continuous questions, I noticed my last thread got a bit crazy and had 43 posts.

I've noticed that when i retract my foreskin, it tends to fold in a certain way and when it goes over the glans, it is almost like it folds over each other and creates a thicker ring. And then, when I return the foreskin over the glans, it pulls back a bit by itself and is "shorter". As a result, minor friction from my clothes can push my foreskin back fully, which is very uncomfortable and it's not loose enough yet. Is this normal?

And I've noticed that I can't seem to mimic the exact stretching technique you guys show? When I try to get the two fingers inside the foreskin, it is hard to get it from folding/being floppy. And then as I'm stretching, I must use my thumbs to grip the outside foreskin while pushing outwards with my index fingers or the foreskin will not stay on the stretch despite trying to hook it. Also, after stretching, the foreskin seems deformed until i manuever it a bit. Is there any key mistakes that you can see I'm doing?

I will continue to stretch daily. It is just quite irritating that my penis is causing me problems sometimes when I'm just walking, due to the foreskin not staying still.

It is not ideal

You are having this problem returning the skin because the opening is too tight.

It sounds as if you are doing it right. You just need to keep doing it so the opening enlarges.

will continue stretching, i was just wondering if there was any way around this annoyance now, and if my stretching technique was correct.

P.S. When I finish stretching and apply betamethasone, i retract the foreskin fully, the question is, should i apply it on the part where it bunches up (due to tightness i suppose) or should i pull it all the way so the foreskin is pulled 'flat' and to the full extent and apply it there?

Use sparingly

Apply a very small amount only to the tightest part. This should be easily recognizable. Rub the cream in until it disappears.

Is there a problem if it's not very easily noticable? haha. When it goes past the glans, it bunches up, but i can pull it further so the foreskin flattens out and the veiny part becomes more exposed. Should I apply it to the "ring" or pull it all the way and then apply?

And does nutrition/sleep have a major part in stretching? I understand stretching encourages cell growth through mitosis? Is that correct? Thank you.

Try this

Leave the skin forward, covering the glans. You should be able to feel a tight ring inside the opening. That is where the stuff goes.

Re: Use sparingly

Basicly, when I do my stretches, I typically start gripping the sides of the outside with my thumb and middle finger to expand the opening,
and then inserting my index fingers on opposite sites,
essentially touching the flat surface of my nails on the glans.
Then I maintain grip with my thumb and then pushing on opposite sides with the index fingers. (looks like im pulling each side)
* I can't seem to keep the foreskin in stretch if my thumbs aren't there to grip by the way, unlike the picture which depicts the fingers just contacting each other to maintain the stretch.
Sometimes, the foreskin folds inwards, is this normal?

I know I am supposed to stretch out the 'tight ring' when inserting my two index fingers, but I'm not sure if what i'm stretching is really the tight ring.

And after stretching a bit, the foreskin becomes red, but i have used lotrimin for a while now, so it dosent seem to be yeast.

I want to know if my method is correct? And perhaps, a more detailed explanation of how to stretch?

My foreskin moves back from friction from my clothes, but does not really roll back that easily. As a result, many times when I am just walking, it causes complications and interferes with every day life, not even my sex life. At times, the friction causes the foreskin to go behind the glans, which is real painful and requires my immediate attention even in public. I am wondering if this might be due to a flawed stretching method? I don't seem to see any documentation of this kind of problem from other people who are stretching out their foreskin. Is it possible I could be stretching the wrong part of the foreskin?

I'm very sorry for these constant questions. The above was a bunch of thoughts that I had to write out, so it may be messy and disorganized.

I can't help but think I'm doing something wrong. And now I am extra flustered due to the fact that I have to be constantly aware of my foreskin moving when I'm out.

I owe you guys a huge progress report and thank you when everything is cleared up.

Worry wart

What's the real issue here anyway? You're putting tension upon the opening. That's the right way. Details are not what is important here. It's doing it which counts, period.

Your foreskin is retracting because you have the ring caught behind the corona. You need to dig it out so it remains at the end. We've gone over this before and nothing has changed. It is not due to what you are doing but more related to what you need to do.

And how would I dig this ring out and keep it at the end?

And I'd like to see Paul B's response to the above post as well, please. I will continue stretching the opening.

Thanks for the quick response Jim by the way, many props to how active you guys are on this free forum.

Okay, and I feel pain as I stretch my foreskin sometimes. I gently stretch the opening, but it turns red and feels very raw. I've used lotrimin treatment already so it shouldn't be yeast? Is this normal?

It's normal

So far, nothing you have asked is out of the ordinary. Keep stretching and keep using the Lotrimin.
