Something weird that I can't figure out

Alright so let me give you some quick background info on my problem. I have milf phimosis. When I first realized my foreskin was too tight, it was probably grade 8-9, so about 4-5 years ago now. When I first started to try to pull my foreskin back, I found a large amount of white stuff attatched to the right side of the foreskin, right on the tight ring. I'm not sure exactly how to explain what it was. It was hard, white, and molded to my skin. At the time I did some research and thought it was dried up smegma, but I realize now that was wrong. Anyway, I started cleaning under the foreskin in the shower from that point on. Eventually it started to come off and get smaller. Also at that point 4-5 years ago it was tough to even pull back my foreskin when flaccid. Today, I can pull back my foreskin very very easily when flaccid, and while erect with a bit of tightness still. Also, today I would say 99% of the white stuff is gone. But that's what I'm confused about, only 99%. There is still a very small amount of this white (tissue?) on the right side of the tight ring. I always wash the area in the shower (without soap, don't worry), but it won't seem to go away. Can you guys help me determine what this is? And if there is some medication I can get/apply that will help get rid of it?

Another thing I should point out. When I'm stretching my foreskin, I use the two finger technique to stretch. However I find there is some pain on the right side, where this white stuff is, when stretching, but not on the left side. I wonder if this stuff is holding back my foreskin from stretching a little bit.

I've tried to find picture of this, but I can't seem to find any. Any help from you guys would be great!

Is this white stuff keeping the foreskin from going back over the head?

No

Not at all. I've never had a problem with paraphimosis. I wish I could find a picture of it online, as I don't feel comfortable taking a picture myself. I should also point out that when there used to be a bit more of it, I was able to peel some of it off. Which leads me to believe it's not part of the skin at all, but something else.

What I meant

I didn't mean bringing it forward over the head but uncovering the head. Does the skin go fully back, totally exposing the entire head? If so, the only explanation would be smegma. Try using some oil (baby oil, olive oil) to see if it softens.

Yes, the entire head is exposed both when flaccid and erect. There is just some tightness still there when erect. So you're saying, this really is just Smegma that has built up over the years (when I didn't know to pull my foreskin back) and hardened? I'll try some baby oil, hopefully that will help.

What else would it be?

Just don't try to get too sanitary, or you'll cause a yeast infection. The oil probably won't cause any problems. Just don't use soap or shampoo.

Of course it is smegma.

That's exactly what smegma is - a build-up of skin that has not been otherwise removed - by your "cleaning" efforts or by rubbing (masturbating). It can be moist and soft, or it can be drier and crusty.

In fact - there is nothing else it can be.

Use a lubricant (such as the vegetable oil) when stretching. Definitely avoid soap, detergent, shampoo, "antiseptics", medication or anything else that may upset the local environment and/ or irritate the skin.

So something happened

Alright, so I had just finished masturbation, and tried getting some more of this smegma off. A part of it seemed loose and I was able to peel a large chuck off, which doesn't normally happen. I was happy, but then it started to bleed. I think the smegma had grown attatched to the skin to the point where it peeled some of the skin off with it. there wasn't very much blood. The area was red and I dabbed what was there with some toilet paper. It didn't hurt too much, it's stopped bleeding and it doesn't hurt right now.

Is this something to worry about? Will it hinder my stretching? Should I keep stretching everyday, or wait a while for it to heal completely?

It heals quickly

You could lay off a couple of days, and that should be sufficient to prevent opening a wound. Have you tried softening the stuff with oil?

Panic not!

Clearly this piece of hard smegma was still attached at some point. Pulling that off is something like a blister; you have removed the very top layer of the skin.

It will of course heal; do not give it more than two days "rest" from stretching, because you do not want it to stick together in the healing process.

As always, I recommend Zinc and Castor oil (unscented, commonly used as "nappy" or "diaper" cream) as a nice soothing and only very mildly antiseptic preparation to protect the skin whilst healing.

As previously explained, the "smegma" will peel off in its own good time if you are actively retracting, particularly as you masturbate. Any other pieces, perhaps you should take note and simply ignore them being partially loose, and they will come off eventually. There really is no hurry.
