Well its bad but i ended up out of the habbit of stretching(too many uni deadlines, parties and hangovers). I sort of noticed a small change the 5 days i stretched though.
Ive seen someone on these boards talking about using flesh tunnels/ear expanders so that you have a constant stretch and can do other things.

Im in the uk and ive been looking at thesehttp://www.jobananas.com/black-acrylic-double-flared-eyelet-tunnel.html

Do you think these will do the job? Does anyone know any better tunnels? I cant fit two fingers in so i was going to go for the 16 and 19mm ones.

Go for it!

By all means, get started on this project. The skin tunnels seem as if they were designed exactly for stretching foreskins! Imagine the market they are missing by not advertising them as such. Do you think 16mm is going to provide some tension? Do it.

Hey, I have a radical idea!

Make a "dummy" of some sort with something you have to hand - ordinary "Plasticine"/ modelling clay/ "Play-Doh" (which you can actually make up yourself) or goodness knows, even chewing gum, find the size that fits the tightest, measure it and then order the sizes that match plus one or two above.

frenulum

May 4 2011, 10:37 AM

Ok ive inserted a silicone ear expander. It was easy and its staying in. I did have to make a cut on one of the expanders lips so that it stayed on around the frenulum area. Im so pleased i chose silicone its really easy to insert.
The thing thats freaking me out is now i can have a good look at whats going on through the expander ive noticed my frenulum (or what i think is my frenulum) is like really thick.
whats up with that? Isnt it meant to be like 1mm thick. Has the skin joined up? its freaking me out. why couldnt it just be a straight forward stretch sad.gif

Let's not worry about that yet.

As with everything else,

May 5 2011, 6:28 AM

the form and appearance of the frænulum varies.

What you actually need to do with the "flesh tunnel", is to practice inserting it without notching it for the frænulum, because you want that little bit extra, continuous pressure on the frænulum to re-shape it to match the rest of the foreskin. You actually want the rim of the device to press into the frænulum to lengthen it more.

If you have already notched the expander, you can simply insert it turned around half a turn so that the notch is pointing upwards instead of down. If that becomes uncomfortable, then just insert it that way some of the time only, but gradually have it exerting the full pressure more and more until it is pressing on the frænulum all of the time.

A tip for people using ear expanders

I'm using 18mm but its quite painful to insert the 20mm at the moment. So to keep the stretching going im using sticky tape(wire tape would be better as its less slippy) to go around the expander. Doing so makes the expander that little bit thicker without causing too much stretch.

I think i should be able to move onto the 20mm one soon happy.gif

These are the expanders im using and theyre great!

hey johnny congrats on your progress! Though the silicone/ flexible ones are the best for the purpose but the ones that you are using (the link that you have given) are not the most appropriate shape that you'd like to insert. Rather the acrylic ones (the first link that you posted) have a more appropriate shape for insertion. I'm trying out the polymorph, self-made extender but I would like to ask you if 22 & 24 mm are available in those skin tunnels (the drop-down menu only goes up to 20mm)

Way to go!

Now, have you got it figured that you deliberately do not "relieve" the (under-)side for the frænulum, in order to provide more pressure against it to stretch?
